“I wanted to become an important person but I became nothing …”

Ali is a 12-year-old Iranian asylum seeker detained on Nauru. His mother has been repeatedly recommended for urgent medical transfer to Australia but, 14 months on, there is no immediate plan to move her. Now he believes that “there are no good humans left in the world“.

Please read his story here, share this with others and let the Australian government  know what you think.
Please show Ali that there are good humans who don’t “totally hate” his family.

… and tell them what good humans think of offshore processing and mandatory detention.

Ali’s story is just one.

SPEAKING UP NOW is the only way to save Ali and his family.
And the hundreds like them now detained.
And the thousands like them to come.
